All clothing must be clean, wrinkle free and on hangers. This way, they look their best to the customers and have the best chance of selling at the best price!

Brooke’s Boutique sets the selling price. You will receive 50% for Luxury Items that sell and 40% for all other collections.

We remain consignment agreements for 60 days. For high-end designer items, our consignment period is 90 days. This results in a constant turnover of quality goods, promoting high repeat shopper traffic.

Yes, we take cocktail dresses for a great evening out. Unfortunately, we do not take black-tie formal dresses such as prom or wedding party attire.

Yes! We accept near mint condition in current style.

We accept women’s from (00-3X).

Please do not be offended if we can’t take some of your items. We want your items to sell and to sell fast. We take into consideration the demand for certain items and inspect items for the highest quality.

No appointment necessarily. Just come in during regular business hours: Monday – Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday, Noon to 5 PM.

Items found with defects after initial inspections (holes, stains, missing buttons, etc) will be donated without consignor notice.

Yes! Consignors may monitor their account on-line via the “Consignor Login” button on our website. Or just stop by or call the boutique and we can look up your account.
